Fender Musical Instruments Corporation is seeking a Sourcing Analyst for their Ensenada, Mexico location. This role involves reporting and analyzing procurement data, working with business units on spreadsheets, ensuring vendor information accuracy, preparing and analyzing RFQs and variances, and creating ad hoc reports for purchasing management. Responsibilities include coordinating data for import/export regulations, managing supplier CT-PAT/NEEC security programs, requesting and organizing Certificates of Origin, leading Return to Vendor (RTV) meetings, preparing quarterly supplier reports based on supplier scorecards (OTD, Quality, Cost), recommending cost savings, evaluating supplier services, and communicating market conditions to the purchasing manager.

We are looking for a Sourcing Analyst for our Ensenada, Mexico location. In this role, you will be responsible for reporting and analyzing projects, working with divisional business units on designing and populating spreadsheets, ensuring the accuracy of updated vendor information, preparing supplier RFQ’s and analyzing variances, and creating weekly ad hoc reports to support purchasing management. Through the proper analysis, we will be presenting all information in a manner to allow decision-making with clear financial details to the appropriate levels.
