This senior role will lead the operational strategy for a creative marketing organization, focusing on prioritization, process optimization, and cross-functional alignment. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience orchestrating marketing operations, managing budgets, and integrating AI into workflows. Responsibilities include managing campaign operations, resource allocation, and mentoring a team of producers and project managers to ensure a smooth, predictable, and well-resourced operation.

About the role
We're looking for a senior leader to be the operational engine of a creative-heavy marketing organization. You'll own how work gets prioritized, how it moves through the team, and how cross-functional partners stay aligned – turning a high volume of creative and campaign work into a smooth, predictable, well-resourced operation.
This is a senior role for someone who has spent 12 years or more orchestrating the operations of a marketing or creative function. Your superpower is making the whole system run: setting priorities, designing process, coordinating across teams, and stewarding the budget. You'll also be expected to modernize how the team works – including responsibly integrating AI into creative and campaign execution to improve speed and quality without compromising craft.
