Broadridge is seeking an Oracle Order to Cash Functional Analyst - Process Manager to drive strategic direction in Order To Cash Operations. This role involves leading and implementing changes in process reengineering, automation, centralization, smart-shoring, and technology. Responsibilities include analyzing and configuring Oracle Fusion Cloud Order to Cash modules, gathering requirements, documenting processes, and providing functional guidance. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of Oracle Fusion Order to Cash implementation experience and strong analytical and communication skills.

Basic Purpose:
Under the direction, guidance and oversight of the Product Owner, drive the strategic direction of Order To Cash Operations by leading, executing and implementing changes around process reengineering, automation, centralization, smart-shoring and technology. Review existing processes (non-Oracle and Oracle); evaluate and recommend opportunities to enhance processes and procedures improving efficiency, accuracy or user experience and execute selected enhancements/improvements.
