About the Opportunity:
We are looking for a KOL Business Development Specialist to accelerate user acquisition through strategic, performance-based affiliate partnerships. In this fast-paced position, you will leverage your established Web3/Crypto network and community experience to identify, recruit, and cultivate agile relationships with high-impact influencers. The ideal candidate possesses advanced data literacy and a strong analytical mindset, with full accountability for optimizing commission structures, tracking performance analytics, and forecasting net profitability and revenue growth.
Responsibilities::
KOL Identification & Partnership Development
Proactively identify, evaluate, and onboard high-impact crypto thought leaders and content creators across key platforms (X/Twitter, Telegram, YouTube, TikTok, and Discord).
Negotiate and structure diverse collaboration models, including sponsorships, affiliate programs, and AMAs - ensuring complex KOL fee calculations align with budgetary targets.
Build and nurture sustainable, long-term relationships with top-tier Web3 influencers to consistently amplify brand authority and reach.
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Design and execute targeted KOL marketing initiatives specifically aimed at driving user acquisition, community engagement, and trading volume.
Collaborate closely with internal marketing teams to seamlessly integrate KOL activities with broader product launches, promotions, and regional events.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor critical KPIs (ROI, conversion rates, engagement metrics) using data analytics to continuously evaluate campaign performance and optimize ROI.
Deliver comprehensive, data-backed reports on partnership outcomes, budget utilization, and campaign effectiveness to key stakeholders.
Market & Competitor Analysis
Stay ahead of market shifts, emerging influencer networks, and competitor tactics within the Web3, DeFi, and broader crypto ecosystems to identify new growth vectors.
Requirement::
Minimum experience :3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Affiliate Marketing, Partnerships, KOL Management, or Growth Marketing.
2 years of experience in the Web3, crypto, fintech, or digital platform industry is highly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Proven experience in KOL Management or Partnerships, with a strong preference for candidates from the Crypto or Web3 industry.
Native or fluent English proficiency, with exceptional presentation and high-stakes negotiation skills.
Strong data literacy and familiarity with analytics, including hands-on experience managing and calculating complex KOL payout models and commission structures.
A proactive, highly communicative self-starter who thrives independently and under pressure within a fast-paced environment.
