The Director of Workforce Technology and Services (WTS) Incident Management & Response will lead a global team responsible for managing and resolving WTS Incidents. This role involves coordinating with business units and technology teams to assess risk, ensure timely service restoration, and provide operational oversight. The successful candidate will serve as a focal point for major incidents, manage time-sensitive investigations, and work with a variety of enterprise technologies. The position requires strong English communication skills, a background in Microsoft Windows operations or system administration, and experience with enterprise operations tools like Splunk or Wireshark.
We are seeking motivated and organized technologists to join our Global Incident Management and Response team. The Incident & Response team is responsible for managing the detection, troubleshooting, reporting and resolution of WTS Incidents. The Team coordinates with the Business Units and other technology teams to gather incident details, assess risk, assist with remediation and ensure service is restored in a timely manner.
