Render is seeking a GTM Engineer to join their Revenue Operations team. This role focuses on building and scaling sales processes, including planning, forecasting, measurement, and CRM data integrity. You will develop measurement architecture, growth systems, and forecasting models to provide a clear view of the business. The position involves integrating tools like Clay and Salesforce to scale outbound efforts and contributing to the foundational aspects of the Revenue Operations function. This is a builder role for someone passionate about designing and scaling from the ground up, reporting to the Head of Rev Ops.

Revenue Operations at Render serves a critical role of supporting our rapidly scaling GTM motion. This is a builder role, covering planning and scaling sales team motions. This is perfect for someone who is passionate about designing and building from the ground up, but also comes with a strong understanding of what challenges will come as we scale and how to prepare for them.
We have strong product-led growth and an accelerating sales-led motion—you'll be building a measurement architecture, growth systems, forecasting model, and operational layer that gives our team and leaders a clear, shared view of the business.
You'll report to the Head of Rev Ops and partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Data, Biz Ops, and Product - supporting our growing Sales motion and make sure Sales & Product-Led Growth engines effectively are integrated, measured, and scaled as one.
