This role focuses on leading growth and developing business opportunities within French Telco accounts, acting as a sales leader and orchestrating matrixed teams (Solution Architects, Delivery Executives, etc.). The position involves negotiating large-scale, multi-country transformational deals, building executive relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of Telco sales experience, deep knowledge of the French Telco market, excellent negotiation skills in French and English, and a strategic, leadership mindset.
About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to lead growth and develop transformative business opportunities within the French Telco Accounts. Working as a vital part of the French Telco team, you will specifically drive impact across selected Telco accounts in the region and also take ownership of country-independent growth domains.
We are looking for a strong "hunter" with exceptional commercial skills who can navigate complex international organizations, build executive relationships, and execute large-scale transformational deals. This role is not just about selling Red Hat solutions—it’s about adding real value to the Telco accounts as strategic partners in their journey toward cloud-native telecommunications.
