The position requires a 2-20 license (preferred or obtained within 12 months), proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with AMS 360 is a plus. Candidates should have 1-3 years of industry experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Routine travel may be required.

Responsible for account management, direct sales and customer service support to the sales team using a variety of skills and knowledge of the insurance market, products and competition.
