BJAK is seeking talented Android Developers to enhance their mobile applications for insurance and financial products. This hybrid role involves building intuitive user experiences using Kotlin, integrating APIs, and improving app performance. You will collaborate with a global engineering team to create reliable, scalable mobile systems, contributing to features that leverage automation and AI. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Android development experience with Kotlin and a strong understanding of modern Android architecture patterns.

We are looking for talented Android Developers to build and evolve our mobile applications that power BJAK's insurance and financial products. You will also contribute to features that leverage automation and AI-assisted capabilities where they improve user experience and operational efficiency.
This is a hybrid position where you will be part of a global engineering team working across multiple countries to build reliable, scalable mobile systems.
The process consists of three stages:
We assess coding fundamentals, problem-solving ability and code quality.
We assess Android fundamentals, application architecture, API integration, debugging skills, UX thinking and production-quality engineering.
We assess ownership, execution speed, ambition, judgement, integrity and alignment with BJAK's builder culture.
