Cineplex is seeking a Manager, VIP Back of the House for their Varsity Cinemas and VIP location. This role involves leading, training, and managing a team of kitchen staff to ensure exceptional food and beverage experiences for VIP guests. Responsibilities include overseeing food quality, inventory, staffing, food costs, and food safety. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of management experience in a bar, licensed restaurant, or similar environment, along with strong communication and organizational skills.

BOH VIP Experience Managers lead, train, support, coach, motivate and manage a dedicated team of BOH employees to ensure that each VIP Guest enjoys an exceptional food and beverage experience.
