Job Summary

The PTP Senior Accounting Associate - NCSP (Next Chapter System Platform) provide accurate information for financial reporting and maintain specialized knowledge of all finance-related processes and procedures. Works autonomously within established practices, supporting alignment and contributing to new ways of working. Plays an active role in the implementation and ongoing optimization of SAP S/4HANA for finance operations. May act as a lead, offering subject‑matter guidance to team members.
This position is based at our Tetra Pak office in Panama City, PA.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

What you will do

As a  Accounting PtP, Next Chapter System Platform Expert, you will:

Drive and monitor various activities in line with the different phases in the High-level plan of each wave within the project timetable.
Drive and monitor various activities in line with the Standard Accounting Timetable and internal procedures, related to the specific area of accounting sub-process.
Continuous Improvement - Suggest and drive changes to business process and structures to achieve high performance in terms of speed, cost & quality of financial management report.
Share business knowledge and give feedback to team members to optimize performance.
Support the organization of activities, anticipate delays, and solve issues.
Stimulate understanding and cooperation across department borders.
Give assistance and support to special flows, markets/factories analysis, and financial issues.
Be proactive and anticipate delays and issues, maintaining a close relationship with markets along with group financial control.
Involvement responsibilities as a Business expert (Bex) – Expert of own process.
Support PTP – Payments / Invoice Processing Team on project/operational activities in adequation with level of workload during NCSP project.

We believe you have

Educational background in business Finance, Administration, Accounting or any related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in general accounting or finance related.
Strong analytical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and support decision‑making through structured analysis.
SAP ECC or SAP S4 HANA and Excel skills.
Fluent English (written and verbal).
Skills to drive and be receptive to change, strong communication, and a team player attitude.
Leverages automation ideas and tools to simplify routine tasks and optimize process performance (For example: Excel Macro, Knime, Power BI, etc..)
