Team Overview
We are seeking a TruIQ Platform Sales Specialist to drive adoption and revenue for TransUnion’s analytics platform solutions. This role is focused on enterprise SaaS/platform selling, where success is achieved by positioning TransUnion as a strategic partner helping clients modernise analytics, decisioning and data capabilities across their organisation. This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
- Driving new business acquisition and owning end-to-end sales cycles, with a clear focus on platform-led transformation vs point-solution selling
- Developing deep expertise in TruIQ capabilities and credit risk solutions, enabling you to clearly articulate features, functionality and business value across the credit lifecycle
- Engaging customers in a consultative manner to understand business needs, identify pain points and translate them into tailored data, analytics and decisioning solutions
- Positioning TruIQ as a strategic transformation platform, with strong emphasis on cloud, AI/ML and analytics lifecycle enablement
- Leading client discovery sessions, workshops and solution design discussions, identifying use cases across acquisition, underwriting, portfolio management and collections
- Delivering compelling sales presentations, demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements, effectively showcasing value and influencing buying decisions
- Partnering closely with sales, analytics consulting, product and pre-sales teams to shape complex deals, develop use cases and support client engagements end-to-end
- Building strong business cases and value propositions, linking solutions to ROI, growth, risk reduction and operational efficiency outcomes
- Engaging and influencing senior stakeholders across Risk, Data, Analytics, IT and Business functions, navigating complex decision-making environments
- Conducting ongoing market and competitive analysis, maintaining awareness of industry trends, competitor platforms and client feedback to refine positioning and strategy
- Identifying opportunities to help clients transition from fragmented analytics environments to integrated, platform-based solutions
- Providing ongoing sales support and thought leadership, ensuring alignment between client needs, solution capabilities and successful deal execution
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in enterprise SaaS, analytics, platform sales, or technical sales / market development roles
- Strong understanding of the credit lifecycle (acquisition, underwriting, portfolio management, collections), with knowledge of credit risk strategy, scoring and regulatory considerations
- Proven experience selling data, analytics or decisioning solutions, with the ability to position complex offerings in a value-led and outcome-oriented manner
- Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments and manage long, consultative sales cycles
- Strong commercial acumen, including experience building business cases, ROI models and articulating value propositions
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including C-level executives
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and refine sales strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently deliver compelling client presentations and translate technical concepts into business value
- Exposure to cloud ecosystems and modern data environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake)
- Strong proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly for building presentations, proposals and structured analysis
