We're looking for a customer-oriented Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong long-term relationships with our clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing them with tailored financing solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with SME owners, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Needs Assessment & Financial Advisory: Understand clients’ financial goals and recommend suitable financing solutions.
  • Portfolio Management & Client Retention: Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term engagement.
  • Business Development: Proactively identify upselling, cross-selling, and growth opportunities while staying informed on market and competitor trends.
  • Service Excellence & Collaboration: Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve issues efficiently, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product and service delivery.
  • Industry Experience: 3-5 years of relationship management experience - preferably in banking, financial services, or lending.
  • Strong Communication & Relationship Skills: Excellent interpersonal abilities with a demonstrated capacity to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Analytical & Decision-Making Ability: Strong problem-solving skills with sound judgment in decision-making.
  • Self-Motivated & Independent: Ability to work independently with high initiative and accountability.
  • Organizational, Technical & Networking Strength: Strong time management and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and preferably an established network within the business community.
  • Salary package: Dependent on experience level, plus bonus incentives for strong performance.
  • Hybrid work set-up: 2 days per week in our BGC office; remote the rest of the time.
