Optimal Care is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to support their systems, communication, and regulatory processes. This role involves maintaining compliance, streamlining operations, and assisting with continuous improvement initiatives in home health, hospice, and physician services. The ideal candidate will be organized, analytical, and passionate about healthcare quality. Responsibilities include auditing, reporting, coordinating communication, and ensuring alignment with regulatory standards. This position offers a remote work option for individuals residing in Michigan, Ohio, or Indiana. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

About this Role
Support the systems, communication, and regulatory processes that help ensure exceptional care across home health, hospice, and physician services. As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, you'll serve as a key resource within the Quality Assurance department, helping maintain compliance, streamline operations, and provide meaningful insights that support continuous improvement throughout the organization. Through coordination, reporting, and collaboration, you'll help ensure quality initiatives are effectively implemented and regulatory standards are consistently maintained.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, analytical, and passionate about healthcare quality and regulatory excellence. You'll support auditing and documentation processes, prepare reports and performance data, coordinate department communication, and help ensure organizational practices align with Medicare, Medicaid, accreditation, and other regulatory requirements. Working closely with the Director of Quality Assurance and leaders across the organization, you'll contribute to quality improvement initiatives, regulatory readiness, and process enhancements. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to excellence will directly support compliance, operational effectiveness, and the continued delivery of high-quality patient care.
