Job Summary:**
JD DEVELOPMENT DE GmbH is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to act as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
* Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
* Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively.
* Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company guidelines.
* Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
* Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer needs.
* Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest solutions.
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new offerings.
* Adhere to company service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.
Job Qualifications:**
* Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a technology or development-focused company.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1/C2 level required).
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant customer support tools.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* High level of empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
* Fluency in German is a plus but not mandatory.
