Sales Representative | Metroll Rockhampton
Join Metroll, a leading manufacturer and supplier of quality steel building products, and take ownership of a key growth region across the Rockhampton area.
We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to strengthen relationships, grow market share, and deliver outstanding service to our valued clients.
About the role
Based from our Rockhampton branch, you will manage and expand an existing customer base across QLD regions. This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role where you’ll spend much of your time on the road meeting customers, identifying opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow an existing customer base across Rockhampton,QLD
- Develop new business opportunities within residential, commercial, and trade sectors
- Provide product advice and tailored solutions to customers
- Prepare quotes, follow up on leads, and close sales
- Maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, roofers and distributors
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order delivery and customer satisfaction
About you
- Proven experience in a sales or account management role
- Background in building materials, roofing, or manufacturing is highly regarded
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a regional territory
- Valid driver’s licence
