The Maintenance & Reliability Intern will support equipment installation, maintenance, reliability, and plant commissioning during the startup of a roofing granule manufacturing plant. This role offers experience in preventative maintenance, industry reliability practices, networking opportunities, and hands-on troubleshooting in a heavy industrial setting. The candidate will adhere to all safety standards and practices. The internship provides exposure to plant startup, manufacturer drawings, industrial mechanical and electrical systems, and safety procedures. Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.

This role provides experience in preventative maintenance and industry reliability practices, networking opportunities, and hands-on experience with equipment installation, inspection, and troubleshooting in a heavy industrial environment. Work Environment
Industrial manufacturing environment with exposure to dust, noise, vibration, and heat. Required use of PPE including safety glasses, hard hat, gloves, hearing protection, and steel-toe boots. Position involves standing, walking, climbing ladders, and working around operating equipment.
