Crusoe is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build and own customer-facing observability products within the Cloud Monitoring Service. This role involves designing, building, and operating services for managed logs, query APIs, and onboarding workflows. Candidates will create self-service experiences for customers, focusing on scalability, reliability, and ease of use. Collaboration with product, support, and SRE teams is key, as is participating in on-call rotations and driving innovation in observability offerings. Requires 5+ years of experience, cloud expertise, and familiarity with observability tools.

About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build and own customer-facing observability products within Crusoe Cloud's Cloud Monitoring Service. This team delivers the managed logs experience and self-service observability capabilities that let customers collect, search, and act on their telemetry without filing a ticket or waiting on us. You will own product surfaces end to end, from the APIs and backend services through the onboarding and configuration experience, with a strong focus on reliability and ease of use. This is a full-time position.

Compensation Range
Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $175,000 -$210,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant's knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
