As an Internal Communications Senior Specialist, you will help connect people to purpose at ASML in San Diego, California. Your work will strengthen employee engagement and ensure employees understand how their work supports ASML’s advanced lithography technology. Role and Responsibilities
As an Internal Communications Senior Specialist, you will support and execute communication strategies that connect employees to business priorities and foster a strong, inclusive culture. You will work closely with colleagues across the U.S. and contribute to both site-specific and broader initiatives.
You will:
- Partner with communications and business teams to deliver effective internal communication programs
- Plan and support employee events such as all-hands meetings and engagement campaigns
- Create and edit clear, engaging content for multiple channels
- Publish communications across platforms such as intranet, email, and digital displays
- Execute communication plans aligned with site and business goals
- Manage the site newsletter, including content development, distribution, and performance tracking
- Support video and storytelling projects from planning through execution
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal communications within a corporate environment
- Experience working with content management systems, Microsoft Office tools, and digital communication platforms
- Experience supporting cross-functional communication initiatives in a global organization is a plus

- This position is located on-site in San Diego, CA, USA and requires onsite presence.
- Routinely required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach and stretch

- Occasionally required to move around the campus and must be willing to work in a clean room environment for the entire duration of the shift, wearing coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, and gloves.

The current base annual salary range for this role is currently:
$89,250-133,875Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
The Company offers employees and their families, medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to participate in the Company’s 401k plan. Employees will also receive eight (8) hours of vacation leave every month and (13) paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
