BJAK is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join their Finance Super App team in Japan. This hybrid role requires engineers who are product-minded and can independently build customer-facing and internal features end-to-end, from frontend to backend APIs and operational systems. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience, strong fundamentals in modern web frameworks, APIs, and databases, and the ability to deliver working products quickly. Experience in fintech or related fields is a significant advantage. English communication is essential for this role.

We are looking for full stack engineers to build fast across BJAK's finance super app.
This role is for product-minded engineers who can move across frontend, backend, internal tools and customer journeys to turn ideas into working products quickly.
This role is based in Japan. This is a hybrid role. You are expected to work from our Japan office at least 3 days per week.
English is our main working language across global teams. Strong English communication is required.
