Our client is seeking a senior User Acquisition leader to build and manage their paid acquisition function, focusing on Google Ads and Bing. The role involves developing scalable acquisition systems, defining strategy across multiple B2C subscription products, managing large budgets, and growing a PPC team from scratch. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in B2C performance marketing, deep expertise in Google Ads, and proficiency in data analysis and forecasting. This is a strategic, hands-on position for an individual eager to drive significant growth in a fast-paced, remote-first company.
Location: Remote (Europe) · B2B contract
We're hiring on behalf of our client — a remote-first product company building and scaling a portfolio of profitable B2C subscription products for the US market across SaaS, AI-powered solutions, and consumer web and mobile applications.
Each product operates as an independent business with its own product, engineering, and growth teams. The company moves fast, relies on data, and focuses on building sustainable growth engines rather than chasing short-term wins.
The role
Our client is looking for a senior User Acquisition leader with deep Google Ads and Bing expertise to build and lead their paid acquisition function.
This is a highly strategic role for someone who understands not only how to run Google Ads and Bing campaigns, but how to build scalable acquisition systems, develop processes, grow a team, and make high-impact decisions across multiple products.
The founder is deeply hands-on in performance marketing and currently manages advertising personally. This role is being created specifically to build the PPC function and team from the ground up alongside the founder, taking full ownership of the future PPC organization while working closely with experienced product and company leadership.
