To support this rapid growth, our client is looking for a highly driven Senior Sourcer with a strong sourcing mindset to help build a world-class team across German and international markets.
What You'll Do
- Source high-quality candidates across German and international markets
- Run outreach and engage passive talent
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of A-players across core functions
- Support hiring for already-defined open roles
- Conduct initial mechanical screening and candidate organization
- Keep talent pipelines warm and hiring-ready at all times
- Fluent in German and English
- Strong sourcing or recruiting background
- Hunter mentality with strong sales DNA, recruiting is sales
- Organized, proactive, and execution-focused
