To support this rapid growth, our client is looking for a highly driven Senior Sourcer with a strong sourcing mindset to help build a world-class team across German and international markets.

What You'll Do

  • Source high-quality candidates across German and international markets
  • Run outreach and engage passive talent
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of A-players across core functions
  • Support hiring for already-defined open roles
  • Conduct initial mechanical screening and candidate organization
  • Keep talent pipelines warm and hiring-ready at all times
  • Fluent in German and English
