NVIDIA is looking for a Senior Technical Sourcing Lead to join their Hardware Sourcing team. This role will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and build candidate pipelines for hardware-related roles. The responsibilities include defining hiring needs, researching and identifying prospects using various platforms, executing outreach, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate possesses 8+ years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 5 years in technical sourcing for hardware, and 2+ years in leadership.

As a Senior Technical Sourcing Lead supporting our hardware staffing team, you will play a key role in working with recruiters and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies that will identify and attract talent to our growing business. You will develop, implement, and execute a broad sourcing and outreach strategy and think creatively about how to build a candidate pipeline.
