SLP is seeking a high-output Executive Assistant to act as a direct extension of Partner-level leadership. This role involves owning litigation deadlines, court calendars, and case management from filing through resolution within a consumer protection law firm. Key responsibilities include managing the master litigation calendar, drafting and e-filing pleadings, managing deposition logistics, and supporting executive needs through calendar management and correspondence triage. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant at a law firm, with a proven track record in litigation deadline management.
