🎯 What You’ll Do::
Revenue Growth & Portfolio Expansion
Hunt and close: proactively prospect, qualify, and convert new advertisers into Microsoft Advertising clients — this is a net-new business role first, account management second
Build and relentlessly work a high-volume pipeline, from cold outreach to signed deal, with disciplined CRM tracking at every stage
Own an aggressive sales quota and consistently hit or exceed it, month over month
Forecast your pipeline accurately and manage your book of business like it's your own P&L
Strategic Client Leadership
Run sharp, insight-driven client conversations that uncover budget, timing, and decision-making authority fast
Position Aleph's product portfolio as the clear answer to a client's performance goals, not a generic pitch
Negotiate and close deals, leveraging firsthand budget management experience to build credibility and trust with clients
Market & Cross-Functional Impact
Maintain a consistent, high-volume presence in the market through industry events, strategic outreach, and networking to build a sustained pipeline of new business
Monitor platform developments and competitive positioning to inform client conversations and identify emerging opportunities
Represent Aleph and Microsoft Advertising professionally in all client and market-facing interactions, reflecting the standards of an official Microsoft partner
Partner closely with Client Solutions Managers to ensure a seamless handover from close to campaign execution
Maintain client relationships post-close to support long-term account health and future expansion opportunities
🛠 What You Bring to the Table:
3+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a strong track record in business development, ad sales, or a closely related commercial function
Proven, hands-on experience managing Google Ads and/or Microsoft (Bing) Ads campaigns; agency experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to generate new business and consistently deliver against revenue targets
Strong understanding of the local advertising ecosystem, including key players and stakeholders
Direct experience with paid search advertising, performance advertising, and e-commerce campaign strategy
Ability to work independently, manage a structured sales process, and consistently meet or exceed targets
Fluency in Polish and English

In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair and open compensation practices. For this role, the minimum gross annual base salary is PLN 120,960 .
In addition to base salary, this role includes a significant performance-based variable component, paid quarterly. The final offer will reflect your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.
