We are seeking a Product Manager to drive our product strategy and roadmap for Business Systems and Monetisation. This role involves exploring strategic options, conducting detailed analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. You'll define product strategy and roadmaps, manage stakeholders, track key metrics, and ensure product outcomes in partnership with XD and Engineering. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on SaaS, Monetisation, or Business Systems.

About this role
Planday is looking for a strategic and execution oriented product manager to drive the product strategy and roadmap forward in the Business Systems and Monetisation space.
This is a wide surface area role. You’ll cover problem areas such as product tiering, upsell strategy, internal systems supporting Billing, Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing (non exhaustive). You’ll be exploring different strategic options, doing detailed analysis and recommending a path forward. You’ll need to be comfortable understanding large parts of the platform and the underlying use case complexity, and working with a wide range of cross functional stakeholders.
There is plenty of space to have a meaningful impact. This is a key focus area for Planday, both from a product and commercial point of view.
Planday product managers work on a range of product problem domains, so this role could be assigned to a different product area or product scope in the future.
