Freed is seeking a People Operations professional to join their team in San Francisco. This role focuses on improving the People engine by managing onboarding, offboarding, recruiting coordination, office management, and daily employee experience. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong execution and ownership skills, with at least 4 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment.

The People Operations helps run and continuously improve the People engine at Freed. This is a high-execution, high-ownership role responsible for onboarding, offboarding, recruiting coordination, office management, People systems, and the day-to-day employee experience.
You will ensure every employee has a seamless experience from Day 1 onward, while building the operational backbone that allows the company to scale efficiently. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and operates with urgency and ownership.
