About The Team

You’ll be joining the JD.com team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

1.客服接待:負責店面基礎服務工作的督促和日常管理,如:顧客諮詢.代客包裝.便民服務.加贈贈品發放.異業團購簽到.(小件)贈品管理等;負責送貨安裝預約改期,門店送貨及安裝時間核實 。
2.售後客服:負責逆向流程的發起把控及審核;負責顧客意見薄等其他顧客反饋電話回訪及老顧客電話回訪;負責收集整理各環節客戶回饋,根據顧客反饋資料,發現服務中存在的問題,提出合理建議 。
3.投訴(常規)處理:全面負責接待處理現場.來電.來訪及消協.媒體等轉來的投訴,積極有效地歸類.協調.跟蹤.解決投訴。
4.負責收款工作,做到唱收唱付,確保現金及各種有價證券的真實;對收款過程中非正常銷售行為的發生,及時匯報給直接上級; 負責收銀台各類票據的裝訂,做到整齊完成及帳目清晰;配合財務完成每月盤點工作。
5.完成上級交辦的其他工作。
