PhonePe is seeking a Senior Manager - Ads Sales to lead large client ad revenue from key sectors like E-commerce, Retail, D2C, Food, Travel, and AI. This foundational role involves architecting the "zero-to-one" setup for new publisher surfaces, designing monetization strategies, and building a high-performing sales team. Responsibilities include P&L management, developing Joint Business Plans with top brands, driving multi-publisher monetization, defining go-to-market strategies, and collaborating with product/engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have 10-12+ years of experience, with 6-8 years in digital ad sales at a top-tier publisher, and a proven track record in setting up ad monetization for new ventures. Deep understanding of the Indian digital marketing ecosystem and strong relationships with industry leaders are required.

As the Ad Sales Leader for Large Clients, you will carry the P&L responsibility for driving ad revenue from India's largest brands in the Ecommerce, Retail, D2C, Food, Travel and AI sector. This is a foundational leadership role. You will not just manage a book of business; you will architect the zero-to-one setup for new publisher surfaces (including the Indus Appstore), design scalable monetization strategies, and build a high-performing merchant/client partner team from scratch.
