Key Responsibilities - Perform assigned product manufacturing and assembly tasks in the production process, ensuring finished products meet industry standards and customer specifications. - Operate and monitor production equipment, either at a remote operations center or within the factory, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. - Collect and evaluate operating data to conduct real-time equipment adjustments and optimize processes. - Maintain overall production efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment settings as needed. - Support the development, building, and testing of new products, prototypes, or processes to ensure quality and functionality. - Participate in activities related to the installation, qualification, maintenance, and training of new or reused production equipment. - Drive maximum utilization of equipment by leveraging automated systems to enhance quality and output. - Collaborate with the Manufacturing Operations Manager and peers to meet production output goals, escalating concerns to management as needed. - Conduct quality inspections of raw materials and final products to confirm they meet established standards. - Perform quality control evaluations on parts and components, ensuring their functionality and reliability. - Maintain production logs and required documentation following Standard Operating Procedures. - Support process improvements and troubleshoot nonstandard events in the production line, reviewing technological health and stability.Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications - Possess a Secondary School Certificate (SPM) or equivalent. - Demonstrated ability to operate production equipment in compliance with good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures. - Ability to collect, analyze, and act on production data to optimize processes. Preferred Qualifications - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot nonstandard events in the production process. - Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with peers and management. - A commitment to learning and applying new skills in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
