Position Overview:
In this role, you will translate complex engineering designs into practical, compliant maintenance programs that keep Boeing aircraft safe, reliable, and cost‑effective in service. You’ll own the development and verification of scheduled maintenance tasks, task cards, and technical publications, and use data‑driven analysis to identify reliability trends and opportunities for improvement. You will be working cross‑functionally with design teams, suppliers, regulatory authorities, and customers, you will influence product designs for maintainability and supportability, ensure compliance with Instructions for Continued Airworthiness and FAA/foreign regulations, and deliver customer‑facing technical solutions. This role requires strong problem‑solving and communication skills, the ability to mentor junior engineers, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including mid-level and senior.
