About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join our
Collections and Accounts Receivable team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the end-to-end collections process, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding receivables, and maintaining strong customer relationships while adhering to company policies and compliance standards.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and monitor the accounts receivable portfolio to ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices
- Proactively follow up with customers via calls, emails, and escalations to resolve overdue balances
- Analyze aging reports and prioritize collection efforts based on risk and outstanding amounts
- Investigate and Identify billing disputes, discrepancies, and short payments in coordination with internal teams
- Collaborate with the Cash Application team to ensure accurate and timely application of payments
- Identify delinquent accounts and recommend accounts for escalation or bad debt provisioning
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts and internal stakeholders
- Support month-end and quarter-end close activities related to accounts receivable
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance collection efficiency and reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and company policies
- Mentor and guide junior analysts within the team
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field
- 4–6 years of experience in Collections and Accounts Receivable within a corporate or shared services environment
- Strong understanding of O2C (Order to Cash) process
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce and HighRadius
- Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience working within a Global Capability Centre (GCC) or Shared
- Services environment will be considered a significant advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Shift Time: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST
