As our Site Trainer, you’ll play a key role in bringing our training strategy to life — helping our people grow, perform, and succeed. You’ll be the driving force behind innovative, high-quality workshops and development programmes that boost capability and confidence across the board.
From day one, you’ll be partnering with multiple teams, delivering onboarding sessions that set new starters up for success, running engaging workshops, and supporting current team members to reach their full potential. Whether it’s upskilling individuals or raising the bar across the site, you’ll be right at the heart of building a stronger, smarter workforce.
What will you be doing as our Site Trainer:
- Shape the future of training – help develop new and improved training metrics that actually mean something
- Deliver standout training sessions – run professional, engaging training and keep things running smoothly across the sit
- Carry out assessments, give clear, constructive feedback to drivers and managers, and confidently judge performance based on what you see
- Keep compliance tight – stay on top of our training records, making sure everything’s up to date and audit-ready
- Own the paperwork that matters – create, review, and refresh SSOWs and SOPs to keep them relevant and reliable
- Plan and coordinate all training and assessments efficiently, making sure every session delivers value and keeps the site running smoothly.
- Champion health and safety, help keep standards high and everyone safe by promoting best practices across the site
- Take on first aid responsibilities once training is completed (don’t worry – we’ll provide that!)
- You know your SOPs inside and out – and can explain them in a way that makes sense to everyone
- You’ve got hands-on experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment – you don’t just talk the talk, you’ve walked the warehouse floor
- Training is your thing – whether it’s building engaging programmes or delivering them with impact, you know how to make learning stick
- You’re a natural communicator – from new starters to senior managers, you can connect with people at every level and keep things professional, clear, and engaging
