Rohlik Group is seeking an Operations Manager to build and lead a brand-new, highly automated fulfillment center from scratch. This role involves managing a core shift, leading a team of Area Managers to drive performance in safety, quality, and productivity. You will be responsible for shift-level operations, labor management, team development, cross-functional collaboration, KPI monitoring, and fostering a high-energy, accountable culture. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of operations/logistics/manufacturing management experience, proven leadership skills, and proficiency in English.
