Holder Construction is seeking an Assistant Field Coordinator for their operations team in Mooresville, IN. This full-time, in-person role involves supervising onsite trade work with a focus on safety, coordinating subcontractor work, project schedules, and material delivery. The position requires 1-3 years of experience in commercial or large-scale residential construction, strong communication and time management skills, and the ability to work outdoors and in various conditions. An Associate's degree in construction management or engineering is preferred.
