LEGO Education is seeking a Senior Manager of Global Marketing Strategy & Operations to build and evolve its global marketing operating model. This role will bring structure, alignment, and clarity to how marketing plans, prioritizes, and executes across markets and teams. The successful candidate will act as a strategic and operational partner, translating priorities into effective rhythms, scalable processes, and aligned execution to improve decision-making and business outcomes.

We are now building the next chapter of our Global Marketing organization, and this role will play a central part in shaping how we operate, collaborate, and deliver impact at scale. In this newly created role, you will build and evolve the global marketing operating model, bringing structure, alignment, and clarity to how we plan, prioritize, and execute across markets, product teams, and leadership.
As a key strategic and operational partner to the Global Marketing Leadership Team, you will translate strategic priorities into effective operating rhythms, scalable processes, and aligned execution, enabling better decision-making and stronger business outcomes. This role goes beyond traditional marketing operations; it is about designing and running how global marketing works.

In this role, you will shape and build a global marketing operating model from the ground up, bringing structure and alignment to how teams plan, prioritize, and execute. You will work directly with senior leadership, influencing key strategic decisions, and ensuring that priorities translate into clear, coordinated action. By improving efficiency and alignment across the organization, you will drive measurable business impact while operating at the intersection of strategy, execution, and organizational design. At the same time, you will be part of a global organization with a strong purpose, supported by the scale and backing of the LEGO Group.
