The Applications Development Senior Supervisor plays an intermediate management role, leading a team to establish and implement application systems. This position involves managing the team's performance, recommending process improvements, resolving technical issues, and ensuring task quality. The role also acts as a backup to the Applications Development Manager, coaching junior staff and serving as a subject matter expert to stakeholders. The ideal candidate possesses expertise in core Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, MongoDB, microservices, and CI/CD, with 4-8 years of relevant experience and proven leadership skills.
The Applications Development Senior Supervisor is an intermediate management level position responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees in an effort to establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.
