YouTube is seeking a Technical Program Manager III for Infrastructure Resource Management to optimize the platform's production infrastructure. This role is for individuals who can lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring efficient resource utilization of data centers, computing, storage, and accelerators. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast capacity needs, drive financial accountability, and minimize operational overhead, playing a crucial role in YouTube's growth and success.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.
To ensure that YouTube's production infrastructure is optimally provisioned and managed to support the platform's organic growth and launches. This is achieved by effectively managing operational expenses and careful alignment against capacity planning for data centers, computing, storage, and accelerators, and ensuring that the all the YouTube teams has the relevant infrastructure resources necessary to meet YouTube's evolving needs.
