This role involves building long-term relationships, driving joint business growth, and collaborating with internal teams to increase market share. You will identify business opportunities, develop growth strategies, and execute action plans to expand sales. The position requires strengthening partner relationships, promoting collaboration, and building executive-level connections. The ideal candidate has experience in partner collaboration, channel business, and possesses strong communication skills. Japanese native level is required, with business-level English being a plus.

本ポジションは、パートナーテクニカルマネージャー（PTM）と連携しながら、担当パートナーとの中長期的な関係構築と事業成長を推進する重要な役割です。営業、技術、マーケティング、サポート、チャネル部門など社内の各チームと密接に連携し、パートナー企業との協業を通じて市場でのビジネス拡大を実現していただきます。
担当する大手SIer・販売パートナーと中長期的な成長戦略を策定し、共同ビジネスの拡大を推進します。
パートナー企業の営業部門・技術部門との信頼関係を構築し、Everpure製品およびソリューションの価値を浸透させます。
パートナー企業の経営層や事業責任者との関係を構築し、戦略的な協業を推進します。
パートナー企業とEverpure双方の業務プロセスを理解し、より効率的で効果的な協業体制の構築を目指します。
Everpureの日本市場における成長戦略の中心となり、大手パートナーとの協業を通じて大きなビジネスインパクトを創出できます。
パートナー企業およびEverpure双方のCxO・VPクラスとの対話を通じて、ビジネス戦略レベルでの経験を積むことができます。
海外チームとの連携機会も多く、多様なバックグラウンドを持つメンバーと協働しながら経験の幅を広げることができます。
