🌍 Job title: Project Assistant

📍 Location: Boulogne-Billancourt, Paris - international travel required (incl 2 months October-November 2027)

📝 Contract Type: CDD September 2026 to end November 2027

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and hands on Project Assistant to support the Project Manager and Project Coordinator in all activities related to the Engineering department, during preparation phase and event-time phase of multiple projects.

This is a role for someone with some live events experience thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being close to the detail, working within an international team.

What you’ll be doing:

Provide administrative and operational support to the Manager and Coordinator.
Coordinate travel, accommodation, meetings and project logistics.
Maintain project documentation and update information within the project management system.
Liaise with technical suppliers to coordinate staffing, accreditation and operational requirements.
Support the planning and delivery of workshops, meetings and international events.
Assist with workforce coordination and provide operational support throughout project delivery.
Monitor project progress and escalate issues where appropriate.

What we’re looking for:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Good communication skills with a natural ability to build relationships
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Enjoys working within a collaborative team environment
Analytical approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
