Tetra Pak is seeking a World Class Manufacturing (WCM) Coordinator for its Closures division in Sezzadio, Italy. This role is crucial for driving continuous process improvement and achieving sustainable factory results through WCM methodologies. The WCM Coordinator will act as an ambassador for WCM, inspiring teams, fostering motivation, and supporting the adoption of WCM standards and best practices, with a particular focus on leading the Education & Training pillar. The position requires engineering education and proficient communication in Italian and English, alongside experience in stakeholder management and continuous improvement methodologies.

As a WCM Coordinator you will report to the WMC & Quality Manager.
The role is a permanent position based in Sezzadio (AL), Italy.
