Role: Team Lead, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne
Job Summary: The Team Lead, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE E1) is a member of the HSS Business Solutions JDE E1 team and works closely with business users, process owners, management, and IT/IS teams. The successful candidate will lead the support and enhancement of non-financial JDE E1 applications and oversee system configuration, business process changes, functional specifications, testing, user documentation, training materials, business consulting, and change leadership. The role supports Manufacturing, Procurement, Inventory Management, Shop Floor Management, Supply Chain Planning and Forecasting, Order-to-Cash, and related modules within Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and integrated applications.
Compensation: $130k-$140k

Job Responsibilities
- Lead the support and enhancement of non-financial JDE E1 applications, establishing processes and structures that provide high-quality service to internal customers
- Manage the onshore and offshore JDE E1 functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability, thoroughness, collaboration, and process adherence
- Balance team resources and workloads across operational support, projects, enhancements, and business priorities
- Serve as the primary liaison between the JDE E1 end-user community and IT/IS teams
- Monitor application issues, identify root causes and trends, and implement solutions that improve system performance, stability, and usability
- Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize business processes through improved use of existing system capabilities and system enhancements
- Facilitate the development of solutions that combine business process knowledge, technology options, and process improvement techniques
- Evaluate solution options, risks, resource requirements, dependencies, and impacts on other business processes and system priorities
- Assist in developing a technology roadmap that integrates solutions across multiple business units
- Lead the identification and resolution of functional gaps, process inconsistencies, and system issues
- Remain accountable for successful solution execution, implementation, adoption, and transition into ongoing operations
- Guide the team through problem definition, issue identification, root-cause analysis, and work plan development
- Coach and mentor team members and facilitate knowledge-sharing and professional development activities
- Plan the approach for defining, documenting, categorizing, prioritizing, and packaging requirements for projects and initiatives
- Support project management activities by organizing work assignments, establishing deadlines, monitoring progress, and escalating risks or issues
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure business needs, project status, risks, and decisions are clearly understood
- Liaise with business management, IT management, vendors, and partners on project-related matters and lead discussions on strategic direction, solution alternatives, and alignment between IT and business plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of functional analyst experience working with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne
- 5+ years of experience managing and leading functional teams
- Strong functional experience with Manufacturing, Procurement, Inventory Management, Shop Floor Management, Supply Chain Planning and Forecasting, and Order-to-Cash modules and processes
- Working knowledge of additional JDE E1 modules and integrated enterprise applications is considered an asset
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Experience supporting acquisitions, full lifecycle implementations, system integrations, and project management activities
- Previous experience with business process re-engineering or process improvement initiatives involving enterprise information systems
- Proven expertise in designing, configuring, and implementing solutions within the JDE E1 environment
- Strong understanding of current technology trends and experience evaluating and selecting technologies that improve operational efficiency
- Demonstrated leadership, flexibility, and the ability to guide functional team members while partnering with Manufacturing, Procurement, and Supply Chain Planning teams
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to understand user feedback and incorporate it into recommendations and requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including technical writing, business presentations, user documentation, and training materials
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear language that is meaningful to business stakeholders
- Strong analytical, conceptual, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to resolve complex issues spanning multiple systems, environments, and business processes
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and competing requirements while meeting deadlines
- Demonstrated accuracy, integrity, accountability, and attention to detail
- Innovative and self-motivated, with a strong commitment to continuous improvement
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups while maintaining a clear understanding of customer and business needs
