As a part of the YouTube Ads GTM team, you will be the link between Google and YouTube products and business. Your mission is to represent advertisers and global market needs in product development, while also bringing clear, packaged solutions to the market that drive business results for advertisers.
In this role, your mission is to fuel innovation that keeps Google free and accessible to the world by translating global market needs into meaningful product solutions that drive business results for content partners and customers. As part of the YouTube Ads GTM team, you will help to ensure that Google has adopted the right strategy for our products and use your expertise to help front-line Sales partners work their magic quickly and effectively.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of shifting how advertisers build and optimize campaigns by leading the global growth strategy for Demand Gen’s core intelligence and audience pillars. You will focus on driving adoption of next-generation AI features, including "Product as a Seller" (AI Assisted Drafts) and agentic capabilities that lower the barrier to entry and effortlessly turn account-level intelligence into high-performing campaigns. Additionally, you will advocate Demand Gen’s audience and targeting solutions to help advertisers find and acquire their highest-value customers.
You will partner with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, bring these capabilities to market by defining product positioning, developing global commercialization materials, and collaborating with regional teams to unlock sustained revenue growth. We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and highly motivated team player who is excited to shape the future of AI-driven performance marketing.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $152000 - $222000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
