Timescapes is seeking a Talent and PX Partner in Vancouver, Canada, to drive their talent acquisition and people experience efforts across North America. This role involves building talent pipelines, activating the employer brand, and acting as the on-the-ground PX presence for teams in Vancouver, Toronto, and Dallas. The ideal candidate will leverage AI and modern sourcing tools, partnering with senior leaders to shape talent strategy in a high-growth SaaS environment.
Founded in New Zealand in 2017, Timescapes is a visual progress tracking solution for complex construction projects. Our mission is to simplify construction through shared visibility. Customers love Timescapes because it helps them stay on schedule, validate construction claims and communicate progress more effectively.

Based in Vancouver, you'll drive Timescapes' talent presence: building relationships, growing our story in the regions, and making sure the right people find us before we're looking for them. You'll work closely with our Director of People Experience, bringing a global lens to everything you do.

You'll join our global PX team, based in Vancouver and reporting to our Director of People Experience in Auckland. You'll execute talent strategy and own full-cycle recruitment across all four of our markets, NZ, AU, CA and the US, partnering directly with hiring leaders wherever they sit. You'll build genuine talent pipelines rather than reactive hiring: always recruiting, always meeting passive candidates, always reading the local market.
That means creating moments where our leaders connect with future talent, building a network you can call on long before a role exists, and knowing who's good in North America before anyone asks you to find them. Beyond recruitment, you'll bring PX closer to the ground in North America, the person our Vancouver, Toronto and Dallas teams turn to for both hiring and the day-to-day people experience questions that come up in a growing company.
This is a role where your work is visible and your relationships are yours to build. You'll drive the pipelines and the presence on the ground in North America, in close partnership with our Director of People Experience.
