Responsibilities include becoming a product expert, independently deploying solutions, enabling customers through knowledge transfer, and providing feedback to the engineering team. The ideal candidate possesses strong cloud infrastructure expertise, excellent customer-facing skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer outcomes. Key responsibilities include deploying enterprise products on Azure and AWS, automating deployments using Terraform and CI/CD, leading customer onboarding, and troubleshooting deployment issues.
