Your Role
As Gensler’s Benefits Analyst, you will join the Human Resources team and play a key role in the analysis, administration, coordination, and implementation of our global benefit, retirement and compensation programs in Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Greater China. You will also help support the design and launch of benefit and retirement offerings in new countries as Gensler continues to expand globally.

What You Will Do
- Coordinate the implementation of new benefit programs to support Gensler’s expansion into new countries, leveraging senior team members for strategic alignment.
- Design and deliver strategic communications supporting onboarding, annual benefit renewals, new initiatives, and the rollout of new benefit and retirement programs globally.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with HR, brokers, and vendors to design, develop, and deliver on-site education sessions, webinars, quarterly wellbeing communications, and Annual Wellbeing Awareness Week programming.
- Execute benefit changes, such as updating benefit summaries, HR SharePoint, and related systems (such as Workday, payroll, and VantagePoint), prepare team member communications, and arrange on‑site benefits presentations.
- Analyze and interpret market benchmarking data to inform and influence benefits strategy and competitiveness, including sourcing and evaluating local compensation data from regional brokers and survey providers.
- Lead the delivery and education of Global Profit Sharing Plan initiatives, including statement distribution, country-specific education sessions, and providing expert guidance to team members on annual contributions, balances, and cash-out processes.
- Support complex analyses and generate actionable insights for large-scale annual projects (e.g., June bonus, merit, and profit-sharing), partnering with HR and payroll to collect and analyze local compensation data.
- Serve as a local point of contact for team member inquiries related to retirement, and compensation, leveraging data from systems such as TMF and Workday and partnering with local HR staff, benefit brokers, vendors, and payroll to deliver timely, high‑quality customer service.
- Lead and manage special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business required.
- 6+ years of global benefits experience, either in an HR role or as a consultant, preferably within a large, global organization and including some retirement plan experience.
- In‑depth knowledge of benefits‑related legislation and a demonstrated ability to stay current on and apply evolving global regulatory requirements.
- Strong customer service orientation; provides outstanding customer service to employees with retirement and benefits-related inquiries.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and oversee broker and vendor relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex benefit changes and develop employee‑facing communications for both benefit enhancements and reductions.
- Proven ability to operate independently, solve complex problems, and influence stakeholders globally
- Highly organized and detail-oriented self-starter with a positive attitude
- Able to juggle multiple responsibilities, prioritize effectively and consistently go the extra mile.
- Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate large amounts of data using technology.
- Able to build strong cross-functional relationships, engaging stakeholders at all levels and driving alignment on complex initiatives.
- Strong Project Management skills with a proven ability to solve complex problems independently and collaboratively as part of a global project team.
- Willing to travel and able to deliver presentations in front of large groups of team members
- Advanced MS Office Skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint required.
- Experience working with HRIS systems - Workday preferred.
- Fluency in Mandarin strongly preferred as this role will include work with China based brokers and insurers
