The Underwriter I supports Personal Property Underwriters and related departments by assisting with processing new business, endorsements, suspense, and renewals. This role involves being a first point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving complaints professionally, and interpreting program guidelines. Key responsibilities include maintaining quality standards, reporting errors, understanding carrier guidelines, and processing renewals and endorsements while adhering to company procedures and deadlines.

SUMMARY
The Underwriter I is responsible for supporting the Personal Property Underwriters, the Underwriting staff, and all departments that interact with Underwriting. The Underwriter I is responsible for assisting with the processing of New Business, Endorsements, Suspense and Renewals.
