Position Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategically minded Supply Chain & Procurement Analyst to serve as a key contributor in advancing strategic sourcing, procurement operations, and end-to-end supply chain performance through advanced analytics and cross-functional collaboration. This role functions as a trusted partner to supply chain, procurement, finance, operations, and IT teams delivering data-driven insights that enable informed business decision-making, optimize operational efficiency, cost management, inventory performance.
The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, advanced analytical capabilities, and the ability to influence stakeholders through clear, insight-driven storytelling at the executive-level. This individual will play a critical role in transforming complex operations data into actionable performance metrics, conducting operational and financial analyses, supporting forecasting and planning activities, and identifying opportunities for process improvement across the supply chain organization.
This position offers high visibility and impact, supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic initiatives across the supply chain organization. While the role includes responsibility for maintaining data integrity and supporting reporting structures, the primary focus is driving operational performance and strategic decision support.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and data visualizations supporting procurement, sourcing, inventory, logistics, and supply chain operations
- Analyze operational, supplier, inventory, and spend data to identify trends, risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings and process improvement
- Define, monitor, and refine key operational and financial performance indicators (KPIs) in partnership with business stakeholders
- Support strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives through spend analysis, supplier performance analysis, and operational reporting
- Provide analytical support for forecasting, budgeting, inventory planning, and operational decision-making activities
- Translate complex datasets into concise business insights, executive summaries, presentations, and recommendations for leadership teams
- Identify and recommend opportunities to optimize processes, improve reporting efficiency, and enhance operational performance across the supply chain organization
- Support ad hoc analysis and special projects related to supply chain operations, procurement strategy, and business performance initiatives Maintain and improve reporting structures, databases, and data models supporting supply chain and procurement operations
- Support data quality initiatives by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability of operational and reporting data
- Assist with data validation, transformation, and maintenance activities across ERP and reporting systems
- Document reporting definitions, business rules, and metric calculations to promote consistency and scalability
- Partner with IT and business stakeholders to improve reporting capabilities and streamline data-related processes
- Partner cross-functionally with procurement, supply chain, finance, operations, and IT teams to support business objectives
- Communicate analytical findings and operational recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Serve as a trusted business partner by delivering timely insights and supporting data-driven decision-making
- Collaborate with leadership teams on initiatives focused on operational efficiency, process improvement, and cost optimization
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Operations, Analytics, or related field required
- 5-8 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, sourcing, operations analytics, or related business functions
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Operations, or related field preferred
- Experience with supply chain analytics, forecasting, inventory planning, supplier management, or strategic sourcing initiatives
- Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar technologies
- Oracle ERP experience preferred
- Experience supporting process improvement or operational efficiency initiatives
- Project management experience or exposure to cross-functional business initiatives
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities
- Experience working with large datasets and translating data into actionable business insights
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively across multiple levels of the organization
- Proven experience and strong technical expertise in Oracle ERP and Fusion applications.
- Deep functional expertise in Order Management (OM), Shipping, Inventory Management, and Warehouse Management System modules.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and iterative delivery cycles.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders, articulate trade-offs, and mentor others.
- Strong analytical and business problem-solving skills.
- Ability to connect operational data to strategic business decisions
- Strong report development and data storytelling capabilities
- Business acumen with an understanding of supply chain and procurement operations
