This role involves overseeing safety, quality, and output targets for three 12-hour days (Friday-Sunday, 6pm-6am), with a rate adjusted for equivalent 40-hour weekly pay. Responsibilities include providing technical support, driving continuous improvement, managing production associates, maintaining quality systems, and utilizing ERP systems. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of manufacturing experience, prior leadership experience, and strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and statistical tools.

US Conec is seeking a Weekend Shift Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations. This position will work three 12 hour days, however hourly rate is adjusted so total weekly pay is equivalent to a 40-hour schedule. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient production while meeting quality standards and delivery commitments across all product lines. The supervisor will provide technical support, develop team members, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
