Ironclad is hiring a Senior Director of People Operations, Systems & Data to lead strategy and execution for the People team, focusing on HR systems, data governance, and operational rigor. This role will partner across departments to simplify processes, strengthen data quality, and build a scalable operating model. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of leadership experience in People Operations, deep systems and analytics fluency, and a builder's mindset to leverage AI and automation. This position is based out of San Francisco.

We're looking for a systems-driven leader to define and build People Operations, Systems, and Data as a true leadership capability at Ironclad — owning the infrastructure, workforce data, and operational rigor that will power the People team's next stage of scale.
You will serve as a strategic partner to the CPO and a cross-functional operator across Finance, IT, and G&A — simplifying fragmented processes, strengthening workforce data quality, and building the scalable operating model
The ideal candidate brings strong operational leadership, deep systems and analytics fluency, and a practical point of view on how AI, automation, and better process design can materially improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
Base Salary Range: $245,000 - $265,000
The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate.
